It is furnished with a double-bed (140 * 200), a high quality spring pocket matrass, bedside table, wardrobe, desk. There is enough place and you are welcome to bring your own things, as well. 

The flatshare house disposes of a lot and large common places, there is a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob and oven, 2 big refrigerators, a dishwasher, 3 bathrooms (toilet and sink on the ground floor, shower, tub, 2 sinks and toilet in the bathroom of the 1st floor, and shower, 1 sink and toilet on the 2nd floor), a washing machine in the cellar can be used free of charge by everyone, there is enough space to hang up your laundry, there. There is fast WiFi (up to 100 Mbit / s),  all of this is included in the rental price with the sidecosts, broadcasting fees are also paid. Registration under this adress is well possible.

Bed linen, pillows, duvet and TV can be provided on request for a small fee.

The cleaning of the common areas is organized among the residents.

When moving out, an endcleaning fee will have to be payed.

This room can hold 1-2 persons. However it is optimally fitted with 1 person.

When 2 persons are living there, the monthly side-costs will be augmented by +100€.
