The building "An der Staufenmauer 11" is a brand new, completely and thoroughly renovated building in the very middle of the city center, directly at the Konstabler Wache. Its super-central downtown location as well as the modern and tastefully renovated flat-share rooms in small units shall make your life there pleasant. Each room has its own washbasin, small refrigerators are optionally available, the common room with the well-equipped kitchen, the huge refrigerator and the 2 modern bathrooms are used together with the roommates. A washing machine and dryer are available to tenants free of charge. A regular cleaning service is organized for the common areas, and a cleaning service for the individual areas can also be booked on request. In addition, there is very fast internet with WiFi and LAN access points in all rooms, so that home office work can be performed without any problems.

The prices vary depending on the equipment and size of the room, include all operating costs. The operating costs are calculated for an occupancy of 1 person, for each additional person there is a monthly surcharge.

Each apartment has its own mailbox. We issue the "Wohnungsgeberbestätigung" for the official town-registration, as well as for Visa-issues.

The minimum rental period is one month, at the end of the rental period there is a fee-based final cleaning.
