The apartmenthouse in the Mainzer Landstrasse 125 in 60327 Frankfurt is located most centrally, directly between the main-station and the international trade fair area - and from there, it's just a 2 minute walk to either of them.

All apartments are fully furnished with their own bathroom, and are equipped - according to their size - with a fully fitted kitchen or a kitchenette.

We have a fast internetconnection (up to 250 MBit/s), WLan and all of the usual usage costs are included into the endprice of the apartment.

Every tenant has access to  an own letterbox. For city-registration, we can  supply a "Wohnungsgeberbestätigung" under this adress.

You can choose an individual service-plan with cleaning of your apartment, changement of bedcloth and further plans for you - have a look in the offered service-plans.

The minimum rental time is one month. 

The offered prices are calculated for 1 tenant. No problem to live in the apartments with more than 1 tenant - then the  surcharge per month is 75-100€ for every extra tenant (depending on the size of the apartment).

In case of an unlimited lease, there will be no additional VAT (7%), however in case of a timely limited lease of less than 6 months, the VAT has to be added.

The only additional cost is the "Rundfunkgebühr". This governmental broadcast fee is asked to be paid directly to the Rundfunkgebühr-Servicestelle (not to us).

There will be an endcleaning fee at the end of your lease.
