we supply a flat-TV with at least 32inch:

  • cleaning services:

 

  • weekly cleaning service of your private flatshare-room (100€ per month + VAT, with room-occupancy with 1 person)
  • fortnightly cleaning service of your private flatshare-room (75€ per month + VAT, with room-occupancy with 1 person)
  • monthly cleaning service of your private flatshare-room (40€ per month + VAT, with room-occupancy with 1 person)

     when room-occupancy with more than 1 person: +20€ per month + VAT for each further person

 

  • key-services: 
  • door-open-service without loss of key: 50€
  • loss of key:
    • letter-box-key: 100€
    • room-key from the master-key-system upon request
  • room change:

    • if you wish to change your room within the building, an end cleaning of your room will be necessary, we offer this end cleaning for a reduced fee of 50€
