• arrival and depature:

arrival from 3pm on the first booking day

departure until 11am on the last booking day

• occupancy:

The prices of the apartments are based on a 1 person occupancy of the apartments. However, an occupancy of all apartments with 2 persons is possible, in certain apartments even with 3 persons.

There is a surcharge of 75-100€ for each additional person per month (depending on the size of the apartment).

• letterbox:

Each apartment has an own letterbox. The tenant is being give the letterbox-key upon the handing over.

• end cleaning:

The endcleaning is an obligatory fee. When living in the apartment up to 2 months, it is 119€, tax included. When living there more than 2 months, it is 167€, tax included. This fee is payable on departure..

• giving notice:

1 months written (email or fax) notice to the months end is needed to terminate a contract.

• minimum rental period/maximal rental period::

The minimum rental period for all apartments is 1 month, there is no maximum rental period. If wished, we can prepare an unlimited rental agreement with a cancellation period of 1 month to the month's end.

• broadcasting fee:

We can take over the broadcasting fee in case of a timely limited rental contract up to 6 months. By law, the tenant has to pay himself for the broadcasting fee from 1st month on in case of unlimited contracts or limited contracts over 6 months time.

• handing over of the keys:

The handing over of the keys is done either personally or via a keysafe.

• Wohnungsgeberbestätigung / landlord confirmation:

Since November 2015, the landlord has to have  a landlord confirmation of registration at the City Council.. We are happy to give our tenants a copy of this registration. This form is being given to the tenant upon the handing over procedure. The tenant has to register within 14 days after arrival at the City Council.. We gladly help in this procedure, if needed.
