This large 1.5 room apartment is accessed from the courtyard. From the entrance,  you enter the hallway and the first part of the room with a large dining and working table, large armchair and wardrobe, e.g. for shoes. From this room you can reach the second room of about 30m2, which is equipped with another working table, closet, sofa, double bed (140*200cm) with a high quality pocket spring mattress for maximum sleeping comfort and a bedside table. This room is also big enough to bring your own furniture, if you like to. From the first room you reach the kitchen and the bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove with 2 induction plates, hood, microwave, refrigerator, espresso machine and a complete stock of plates, cups, pots, etc.. 

A maximum of 2 people can live in this apartment (double bed). 

For the residents there is fast internet access with free WLan with up to 250 MBit/s. There is a washing and drying room in the basement, the use of washing machines and dryers is included in the rent.

The monthly net rent is 750€  plus furniture surcharge 100€ plus 300€ for operating costs, including the advance payments for electricity and heating (which are then billed according to your own consumption during the rental period).

In case of occupancy by more than one person, a surcharge of 100€ per person per month will be added to the operating costs (for rentals without VAT).

Broadcasting fees are paid by the tenant directly to the service center of the broadcasting fee.

Deposit 1.600€, company deposit is accepted.

A final cleaning fee of 167€ is still due upon move-out.

An optional 7/14 day cleaning service with linen change can be added.
