This fully furnished two-room apartment on third floor at Mainzer Landstrasse 125 is available from August 1st 2024 on.
When getting in, you can reach the two rooms and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet from the corridor. The bedroom is furnished with a 180 * 200cm large double bed with high-quality pocket spring mattress for maximum sleeping comfort, a bedside table and a wardrobe. The other room is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen with hobs, oven, extractor hood, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment, espresso machine and complete equipment with plates, cups, pots etc. A living and dining area with a smart-satellite TV (allowing Netflix etc.), dining / work table and a sofa bed (for a possible 3rd person) adjoins this to a total of 40m2.
A maximum of 3 people can live in this apartment, ideally it is occupied by 1-2 people.
Fast internet access with free WiFi with up to 250 Mbit / s is available for residents. In the basement there is a washing and drying room, with a small fee for using the washing machines and dryers.
A monthly net rent for a timely unlimited rental is from € 815 plus € 200 furniture surcharge plus € 285 payment for the operating costs when occupied by one person.

If more than one person is living there, a surcharge applies to the operating costs of € 100 per person per month (when renting without VAT)
The broadcasting fees are paid by the tenant directly to the broadcasting fee service center.
Deposit € 1.600, company deposit is accepted.
When moving out there is a final cleaning fee of € 167.
An optional 7/14 day cleaning service with linen change can be booked.
