Apartment 2.3

The 1-room apartment is well sized on 30m2. The apartment has a newly renovated, open kitchen, that is equipped with 2 induction-hobs, a microwave oven, a kettle, espresso-machine, a fridge with a deep-freezer compartment and all necessary kinds of plates, cups, glasses, pots, frying pan, cutlery etc.

There is a common eating- and working table.

In the sleeping area, there is a queensize double bed (140*200cm), a bedsite table and a wardrobe. In the living-room-area is a sofa, a sofa-table. A smart-TV with a satellite-feed with hundreds of channels, many of them in English language as well, is placed on a cupboard. Netflix and Amazon Prime can be operated there. The useage of the fast internet connection (up to 250 MBit/s) via WLan or the own Lan-Access-Point in the apartment is pricely included. Washing machines and dryers are available for all tenants in the basement.

The individual bathroom holds a shower, toilet and washbasin.

Furthermore there is an iron and an ironing board in the apartment.
The apartment is optimally fitted for 1-2 persons, max 3 persons possible (doublebed+sofabed).

In case of an unlimited rental to one private person, the monthly rent is 1.195€ including the incidental rental costs.

monthly price: 750€ +195€ furniture fee + 250€ incidental rental costs for 1 person = brutto rent 1.195€/month;

maximum 3 persons, each person additional to the first +100€ incidental rental costs will be added

security deposit: 1.500€, company’s deposit guarantee is accepted

the Rundfunkgebühren (governmental broadcast fees) will have to be paid directly to the Servicestelle für Rundfunkgebühren (18,36€ per month)

own letterbox, we can supply a "Wohnungsgeberbestätigung" for city-registration

energy certificate available (from 1st May 2014 (EnEV 2014)), type: consumption certificate:

energyconsumption parameter: 156,3 kWh, energyefficienceclass: E, essential energy source: gas,

building year of construction: 1963, building year of heat producer: 2007.
