Apartment 1.3

Well sized 1 room apartment with an individual bathroom. The apartment has a newly renovated open kitchen, that is partly separated from the apartment. It is equipped with 2 hobs, a microwave oven,  a big oven, a kettle, espresso-machine, a fridge with a deep-freezer compartment and all necessary kinds of plates, cups, glasses, pots, frying pan, cutlery etc.

There is a common eating- and working table.

In the sleeping area, there is a brand-new queensize double bed (140*200cm) and a wardrobe. In the living-room-area is a sofa, a sofa-table, there is a smart-TV with a satellite-feed with hundreds of channels, many of them in English language as well. Netflix and Amazon Prime are possible, too. The use of the fast internet connection (up to 250 MBit/s) via WLan or the own Lan-Access-Point in the apartment is pricely included and easily allows to do Homeoffice.

Washing machines and dryers are available for all our tenants in the basement for a small fee.

The individual bathroom has a big sized shower, toilet and washbasin.

Furthermore there is an iron and an ironing board in the apartment.
The apartment is optimally fitted for 1-2 persons, max 2 persons possible (doublebed).

In case of an unlimited rental to one private person, the monthly rent is 795€ plus 150€ furnishing surcharge and 250€  incidental rental costs (for 1 person), including heating and electricity prepayments and the rest of the operational costs calculated as a flat-rate.

maximum 2 persons, each person additional to the first +100€ incidental rental costs will be added

security deposit: 1.500€, company’s deposit guarantee is accepted

the Rundfunkgebühren (governmental broadcast fees) will have to be paid directly to the Servicestelle für Rundfunkgebühren (18.63€ per month)

own letterbox, we can supply a "Wohnungsgeberbestätigung" for city-registration

energy certificate available (from 1st May 2014 (EnEV 2014)), type: consumption certificate:

energyconsumption parameter: 156,3 kWh, energyefficienceclass: E, essential energy source: gas,

building year of construction: 1963, building year of heat producer: 2007.
