Spacious 1 room apartment with a queensize double bed (140*200cm), a wardrobe, cupboard and sideboard, a living room part with a sofa and a sofa-table, working and eating table, an open kitchen with 2 induction hobs, microwave oven, fridge with a deep-freezer compartment, espresso-machine and a kettle. The just recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary glasses, tableware, cutlery and cooking utensils. The living room part has a smart-TV with hundreds of channels, a lot of them in English, too.
-The individual bathroom has a big sized shower, toilet and washbasin.
-Furthermore there is an iron and an ironing board in the apartment.
Washing machines and dryers are available (for small fee) to all tenants in the cellar of the building.
Fast WLan (up to 250 MBit/s) is inclusive as well, in the apartment is an own Lan-access-point, allowing you to do Homeoffice easily.
The apartment is optimally fitted for 1-2 persons, max 3 persons possible (doublebed + third person in sofabed).
In case of an unlimited rental to one private person, the monthly rent is 1.295€ including the prepayments for the operational costs.

the Rundfunkgebühren (governmental broadcast fees) will have to be paid directly to the Servicestelle für Rundfunkgebühren (18,36€ per month)
own letterbox, we supply a "Wohnungsgeberbestätigung" for city-registration
